PyOps Tech Solutions LLP provides IT consulting, software development, cloud infrastructure, DevOps automation, and related technology services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any project shall be governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW), Service Agreement, or Project Proposal mutually agreed upon in writing.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

By using our Website and Services, you agree to:

Project Deliverables: Upon full payment of all fees, the Client shall own the final deliverables created specifically for the Client under a Project Agreement. The Company retains ownership of all pre-existing materials, tools, methodologies, frameworks, and intellectual property used in creating the deliverables.

Trademarks: "PyOps Tech," the PyOps Tech logo, and related marks are trademarks of PyOps Tech Solutions LLP. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

Payment terms for our Services are outlined in individual Project Agreements or Invoices. Standard terms include:

• Advance payment or deposit as specified in the project agreement.
• Milestone-based payments for larger projects.
• Final payment due upon project completion and before final delivery.
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST), which shall be added to invoices as required by law.
• Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of engagement. Confidential information includes business strategies, technical specifications, trade secrets, client data, and financial information.

This obligation survives the termination of any agreement and continues for a period of three (3) years or as long as the information remains confidential under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PyOps Tech Solutions LLP shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
• Any damages arising from interruption or cessation of Services.
• Any damages exceeding the total fees paid by the Client for the specific Service giving rise to the claim in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PyOps Tech Solutions LLP, its partners, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of:

• Your use of the Website or Services.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
• Any content or materials you provide to us.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Website or Services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to our business interests.
